This beach was a bit of a disappointment as it was rated the no 1 attraction of Richards Bay. The beach was covered in ants so it was not a place to linger. There is not really a view from the pier as the walkway is too low down so it's obscured by the rocks. It does however have a nice grassy picnic spot with braais and shade next to the pier.
