Abstract. This paper introduces a new flotation device: LM flotation cell. On the basis of laboratory and pilot plant tests, it is shown that this equipment possesses many advantages, such as excellent beneficiation ability, short flotation time, high enrichment ratio, low energy consumption, simple flotation flowsheets, etc.
