mikie. You can't use a "sausage, ground meat" size plate to grind chum. You need a plate with at least 3/4" holes. The guys that sell these things for chum grinding supply a plate with the proper size holes. If you buy a grinder from Northern or Harbor Freight you have to come up with a solution on your own.
