Nullagine
Nullagine 1905. Nullagine is named after the river that runs through the town, the aboriginal name is Ngullagine. The area was settled by pastoralists during the 1880's and became a part of the gold rush when a prospector called Nathaniel William Cook found gold in 1886. Nullagine was officially gazetted by the state government in 1899.
