In this study fly ash was used as a feed stock material which was premixed with 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% by weight of aluminium powder. A maximum coating thickness of about 360 μm was achieved on aluminium substrates. Maximum adhesion strength of 34.5 MPa was observed with 15% weight of aluminium.
